Doug Dalziel
Since 1988, Doug has worked with hundreds of
California-based companies to ensure that their
employee benefit plans maximize employee satisfaction
while controlling costs. His expertise is in assisting
businesses by evaluating, designing, implementing and
communicating cost-effective employee benefit programs.
Doug's credentials include degrees in Economics & Political
Science and the following financial service industry
designations: REBC, RHU, ChFC and CLU.

Mary Stoddard
Mary has been in the insurance industry since 1987,
and became a registered representative in 2002. Her focus is on
marketing, managing and installing employee benefit plans. Her
experience includes working in the national healthcare market
including Blue Shield of California. In addition, Mary has
managed national accounts, union-based accounts and local
California employers.

Robert Schiemann
Robb has been in the insurance industry since 2003. He joined
Lincoln Insurance Services in 2005 as an employee benefits broker
helping small to medium sized companies select and implement comprehensive,
cost effective benefit plans. In addition, Robb focuses on executive benefit
and pension plans. His prior experience was with a major insurance carrier
selling and implementing ancillary benefit plans. Robb graduated from the
University of Kansas with a degree in economics.

Leslie Holm
Since 2003, Leslie has worked with small groups preparing and maintaining
employee benefit plans. She strives to provide quality products at the best
possible value for clients. She also specializes in client account management
with issues relating to plan set-up, renewals, and ongoing service issues.
Leslie is a graduate of Saint Mary's college with a degree in communications
and a minor in business. She also has completed her Registered Health
Underwriter designation with the American College.

Deanna Cipriani
Deanna joined Lincoln Insurance Services in 2005. As a Senior
Account Coordinator, she provides administrative support for employee benefit
renewals and handles service issues such as gaining access to providers,
eligibility and claim issues. Deanna also helps to ensure the smooth
processing of pension plan enrollment and gives ongoing support.
Deanna graduated from California State University Sacramento with a
degree in Criminal Justice.

Mayumi Kreutzinger
Mayumi joined Lincoln Insurance Services in 2007. As an Account Coordinator, she
focuses on working directly with clients to provide excellent customer service.
With a background in the medical field, Mayumi helps to ensure the smooth
processing of individual and group claims inquiries, enrollment, and
eligibility. She also orchestrates the production of renewal presentations
and open enrollment packets for our producers.

Maureen Thomas
Maureen joined LIS in 2008 as an Account Manager and provides client support for service issues, employee benefit renewals, and implementation of plan changes. Maureen has extensive experience in client services and account management. Her organizational skills and attention to detail allow her offer the highest level of service to clients and their employees. Maureen graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Communications.

Melissa Castro-Ebner
In 2009, Melissa joined the Lincoln Insurance Services team as a Mid-Market Account Manager. In her role as an Account Manager, Melissa supports clients with all of their employee benefit needs including annual renewal strategy, open enrollment and day to day problem solving guidance and claim resolution. Since 2001, she has worked with insurance brokers, carriers and employee benefit teams helping to implement and service comprehensive benefit programs for employees and employers.

Jerrie Walton
Jerrie joined Lincoln Insurance Services in 2008 and has been in the industry since 1989. Jerrie works with carriers and clients to ensure the smooth processing and underwriting for both group and individual applications.
